Timing is Everything

I am pleased to announce the official launch of the newest version of the
Rocket-Hire Buyers Guide to Web-Based Screening and Assessment Systems.

A lot has happened in the two years that have passed since our first guide
was published, and it's only going to get wilder from here.

The good news is that we have been hard at work building an online portal
that is dynamic enough to keep up with the rapid changes that are continuing
to shape our industry and create a community where those interested in this
space can come together to access and exchange information.

In fact, the timing for the launch of this product could not be better. We
feel that the increased interest in screening and assessment tools has
created a new "wild west" when it comes to this marketplace. New vendors and
new methodologies are popping up everywhere. This has led to a situation
that reinforces the need for education and quality, objective information
about these tools and the vendors who sell them.

As the old saying goes, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
This months' feature article, A Cautionary Note on Using Graphology for
Hiring and Promoting Employees
by our newest associate, Mark Healy, really
reinforces the need for an understanding of the pitfalls that await those
interested in using assessment tools. We hope this feature helps you
understand why we feel so strongly about the need for our Buyer's Guide
product.
