The range of responses to this question ran from “Very” (29%) to “Limited, but good low cost solution”. Many answers reflected that the value perceived seemed to be in the ‘narrowing the funnel’ category, and that there is certainly room for improvement.
The to this question were even more varied than #4. Some responders were happy to have ‘all the data in one place’. Others liked the search function and ability to match on multiple criteria. Once again, each respondent had an individual pet peeve, but there were some themes: Slowness of the system, limited search ability, lack of screening tools, vendor support disappointments and too complex on the process. Another overall complaint – limited reporting.
