Technology Related Differentiators
- Assessment Delivery Systems
- These are platforms whose primary and often sole function is to administer,
score and generate reports for one or more specific assessment
tools.
- Candidate Management Systems
- Like Assessment Delivery Systems, these platforms are usually hard-wired
to support one or more specific assessment instruments. However,
these systems also include features to assist with managing
candidates. Typical candidate management features include functions
for collecting basic job application information from candidates,
searching and sorting candidates based on their assessment results,
tracking candidates as they move through the staffing process, and
communicating with candidates via e-mail.
- Assessment Administration Systems
- These platforms allow clients to create, administer, and score
their own assessment tools. They usually include "pre-loaded"
assessments provided by the vendor, but do not limit clients
solely to using these tools.
- Applicant Tracking Systems
- These platforms support a wide range of staffing functions including
sourcing candidates through job boards, communicating and building
candidate relationships, scheduling candidates for interviews and
assessments, searching candidate resumes, and automatically transferring
candidate data into a companya^?(TM)s HRIS after they have been hired
2. Reporting Capabilities
Types of Reporting Provided
- Static Reporting
- Static Reporting- Reporting in which the results of staffing assessments
are delivered via a .PDF file or in an e-mail. Static reports do not
allow users access to varying levels of information about a candidate.
- Dynamic, Dashboard Reporting
- Set of screens that provide users with comprehensive information
about multiple applicants relative to the requirements of the job
for which they are applying. Most dashboard systems utilize layered
reporting in which high level information is presented in initial
screens but more detailed information can be accessed via clicking
through various pieces of information about each candidate.
- Customized, Interactive Reporting
- System allows user to define the parameters of the report needed
and uses appropriate data to generate report.
- Competency-Based Narrative Reports
- These are custom reports that provide a summary of a candidate's
strengths and weaknesses that has been translated into the
language found in a client's competency model or job performance
requirements. Competency based reports require vendors to
customize their assessment systems to include language and
terminology used by the client to describe job performance.
- Candidate Profiles
- Detailed description of a candidate's strengths and weaknesses
with regard to different characteristics measured by the
assessment (e.g., knowledge and skills, experience and qualifications,
specific aspects of the candidates ability or personality).
- Hiring Recommendations
- Reports providing a single score or summary recommendation indicating
whether a candidate is likely to succeed in the job based on their
assessment results.
- Reporting
- In addition to
our standard reporting, we have the capability to create almost
any type of reports our clients may require.
