1. Overview of Pricing Model
- Please describe your
general pricing model (i.e., price ranges per assessment, cost for
consulting services, licensing fees, start up costs, etc).
- Our model is totally
contingent upon the situation. Our customization philosophy requires
start up fees. Once up and running we offer a variety of models for
licensing fees most of which are based on volume. We also offer a performance
promise as part of our pricing. This means that if the client does
not realize an agreed upon level of ROI, we will adjust our price downward.

much should clients budget for using your assessment tools or services?
- Our start up fees
begin at about $10,000. Most of our clients typically budget about
$100,000 per job but this figure varies greatly due to hiring volume
and other factors.
- What are the major
factors that impact the costs of your tools and services?
- The level of
customization required and the volume of applicants flowing through
the system.
- Does your company
support and encourage the use of its assessments by third party
resellers (e.g. allowing independent consulting companies to use
your assessments with their clients)?
- Yes and No. We
do allow other companies to resell our products but we do not allow
individuals to do so. We feel that individuals cannot offer the
level of service required to support our products at the level required
to ensure they return value to the client.
