At Rocket-Hire we believe that there is much to be learned from the work that is being done with technology based hiring tools. It is our goal to provide a library of real world examples and this case study library represents our effort to allow vendors to share their success stories with you. We hope that the information found in this library will help those interested in using online screening and assessment to learn more about the options available to them and to better understand the tremendous potential for technology based hiring tools to positively impact the bottom line.

About these case studies

Each case study found in our library conforms to a specific set of requirements. Participating vendors are required to develop their case studies around the following structure:

Overview of the problem
A description of the organization involved and the pain points that led them to seek help.
Description of the solution
A description of the implementation beginning with the problem solving process continuing through implementation, and concluding with measurement of impact.
Discussion of the result
A discussion of the key outcomes associated with the implementation.
What did we learn?
An overview of lessons learned from the implementation.
